3. Factory Partner Applications

Submitting a factory partner or capture partner application does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or guaranteed commercial relationship. Partner participation is subject to facility review, consent workflows, safety checks, operational feasibility, and separate written agreements.

Applicants confirm that:

• You have the legal authority to submit information regarding the designated facility.
• You will not record or attempt to record data inside facilities without explicit authorization and defined collection parameters.
• All capture programs require structured scope definition, participant awareness, and consent processes. No hidden or undisclosed recording is permitted.

4. Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all text, design, logos, graphics, copy, brand assets, images, video clips, layout systems, and code—are owned by Embodied AI Data Labs, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
